Introducing Julie

JULIE

Hi, I'm Julie, married to Dave and am a SAHM with 2 children, a daughter age 18, and a son age 7. I have been crafting for just over a year now, but am totally addicted, so much so, I'm having a crafting cabin/shed built in my garden in the summer. I enjoy all types of paper crafting, especially making cards. I love experimenting with different techniques. I've just got the Laurence Llewelyn Bowen collection by Trimcraft, and plan to be playing with that for a while (especially the fantastic templates).

We will post a new challenge every Thursday.

Feel free to join in with the challenges and create any type of craft work you choose.The main thing is you have fun !!!

If InLinkz is not there, please refresh your page, it may not fully have loaded.

Please link to your blog post with your project, not just your blog or we may not see it! A link to your project on your gallery is also allowed. Please turn off word verification or we will be unable to leave a comment for you. (see below how to do that).

If you don't have a blog you can always e-mail your projects to us and we will be happy to post them on our e-mail entry blog.

Winners will be drawn at random and will be eligible for a prize from one of our sponsors where this is advertised.

A maximum of 5 entries per challenge per person is eligible for a prize only. No more entries will count.

We will also choose a weekly Top3 and a monthly 'Star of the Month'. The 'Star of the Month will also receive a prize from one of our sponsors.

To claim your prize and/or badge/blinkie, please e-mail us at the e-mail address above with your details before 8pm GMT on the Wednesday before the next challenge goes live. In the subject line please state: Winner challenge x (x = number of the challenge in question).

If the winner has not reported before 6pm GMT the Wednesday before the next challenge goes live, we may draw for a winner again.

Winners, chosen Top3 and 'Star of the Month' will also receive a special badge/blinkie for their blog. Please find those on the special page for these on this blog.

We would also like to recognise any young crafters joining us for our challenges. If the entrant is 15 years old or younger, please mention this with the entry (eg 'Jo (aged 10)' instead of 'Jo') to make it easier for us to recognise this. A Worthy Cause

Hi to everyone who takes the time to read this!

I would just like to say that if you make a card for one of our challenges and you're not planning on sending it to anyone, could you please spare a thought for the many sick children in hospitals all over the U.K.

Perhaps you could take a look at the banner link below which will take you to Post Pals, an organization that does its best to ensure these sick children get a cheering card or gift occasionally. They would LOVE to receive one of your cards. You may even receive a reply back, if the child is well enough.

These seriously ill children have their days brightened immeasurably by receiving post from people they don't even know.

What a wonderful achievement for the cost of a stamp!
