CRAFT Challenge 74, Monotone.

This week's challenge can be a bit tricky as the DT has found out. It's not that easy to create a card using one colour only. So, what we want you to do, is to make a project using mainly one colour. A little bit of another colour is also allowed, but there should be one colour that is the main one.

Again we have a little bit of sad news. Another one of our team is leaving again. Hope it is not us, lol.
Unfortunately Carla is having to move on again, she is just about to start a new job and unfortunately won't have sufficient time to deal with being on our DT as well. So, this will be her last week on our team. We wish her lots of luck in her new job and her future ventures, do pop around every now and then if you can, Carla, we have loved working with you.

Some exciting news again this week as well. We have another new sponsor for this week, and a fab one at that. I must admit when I first saw the name, I was a little hesitant and not sure what to expect. However, when you go and take a look at the images and papers, I'm sure you'll love them as much as I do.

So, who is this new sponsor? Our new sponsor this week (and she will be returning on a regular basis in 2011) is Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps and More. We were lucky enough to be allowed to play with some of her lovely stamps and papers.

The prize that's up for grabs this week is a fabulous chance of choosing either 5 images of choice from her store or 4 images and 1 paper pack. Who wouldn't want to be in with a chance to win that?

They also would like us to let you know about a lovely yahoo group they have set up for people who like Robyn's products. All members get discounts on her products. You can find this group at Outlaw Women Scrapbook Emporium.

This is what they had to say:

Hello,

Do you need supplies and your favorite store does not have them in stock or just does not carry them at all?

Are you tired of paying shipping fees that are almost as high as the total of your order?

Well, the secret is out now!

I wanted to tell you some very exciting news that I am sure will put a smile on your face and some extra money in your pockets!

We have just started the "OUTLAW WOMEN SCRAPBOOK EMPORIUM," designed to save you money on all your scrapbooking and stamping supplies.

Hurry over to the Yahoo group and JOIN! There is no fee to join.

But now it's time to show off the creations by the DT for some inspiration for this challenge. I'm sure you'll agree they have done a very good job again.

CRAFT Challenge 72, Colour palette Ovation.

Hello and good morning, are you all ready for a new colour challenge?

This week we are using another colour palette that our good friend Eileen, aka Eiglas left behind for us. It's always good fun to try and use a certain colour set for a challenge.

Our sponsor this week is Gina from Your Special Delivery, who has recently set up a new line, Sally and Sam Doodles.

Certainly worth a look at. She is offering her new stamp Rainy Day Sam for the winner. I'm sure you'll love it.

So, now down to our colour palette for this week, hope you like it.

Before we show you our creations, we have a little bit of sad news as well. Kathie, one of our new members, has decided to leave us as she has too many pressures on her time at the moment. She has however promised to come back every now and then as a guest. We are sorry to see you go Kathie and we will miss your lovely creations. We wish you all the best in your future ventures and look forward to seeing you around!

And here are the creations from the team. As you can see, we were also given a chance to play with Rainy Day Sam, thank you Gina.

This week Eileen is joining us as well, only right as it is her colour palette we are using this week. I'm sure you'll lover her card.

Here are the creations from our current Guest Designers:

CRAFT Challenge 71, Shaped Card.

Good morning crafters!

It's Thursday again and that means another challenge from us.

We have had some great entries again into last week's challenge, the winner was announced in the post below.

Today's challenge is called Shaped Card and this means we want you to create a shaped card. So no cheating, there are no square or rectangular cards allowed! I'm sure you can think of something.

Our sponsor this week is new to CRAFT Challenge and we are really very happy to have her sponsoring us, it is Meljen Designs. I am sure a lot of you will already be familiar with her gorgeous stamps. The prize this week is the winner's choice of 4 digital stamps from her store, how fabulous is that? If you can't wait to go and play with her gorgeous stamps, why not go and have a look at her shop and buy some of her very reasonably priced products. Or have a look at her freebies. The Team was lucky enough to be able to play with 4 lovely digital stamps.

And this is what they have to say about themselves:

Meljen's Designs is a lovely stamp company owned and illustrated by Melissa Jenkins. She illustrates whimsical digital images inspired by her kids and family. The Meljen's Designs store officially launched on April 1 and is steadily growing! Meljen's Designs has new releases along with a new challenge every Thursday, freebies every Monday and a Guest Designer each month at the Meljen's Designs Blog. Please visit the Meljen's Designs line of stamps at the WHIMSY STAMPS STORE to browse and enjoy Melissa's wonderful images!

This month we have our first 2 guest designers joining us, a warm welcome to Gemma and Kerry! And they are opening with some fabulous cards this week. Just have a look for yourself.

And here is what the team has created this week:

I'm sure you'll agree there are some fabulous creations from the team again. We are looking forward to seeing your fabulous creations. Happy Crafting! And good luck, I'm sure you are all keen to win this week's fabulous prize.
