C.R.A.F.T 52 - Blue & Green

After all the celebrations and fun of last week (...and the millions of entries...well, okay maybe not millions - but it felt like that! LOL...!) we have a very gentle challenge this week. We have a theme of serene blue & green.

There is an old adage that stated 'Blue and green should never be seen unless there's another colour in between...' but I have always taken issue with that!

What could be prettier than Forget-Me-Nots in bloom? Or a bank of delphiniums? How about where the green ocean meets the blue sky?

I'm sure you will come up with some beautiful creations!

Here is another beautiful creation from our Guest Designer Debbie.

Sadly, this is Debbie's last creation for us at C.R.A.F.T for the time being and clearly, she believes in leaving whilst you're winning!

Thank you Debbie - we'll miss you Chuck!

Winner of the Sentence Quiz!

The C.R.A.F.T team hope you all enjoyed our Blogaversary blog-hop immensely - as we did!

The Team knew the sentence was:-

'Crafting with paper, pencil, scissors, inkpads& embossing-powder is GREAT!' (embossing-powder was treated like one word as was 'inkpads&')

So, because it was meant to be a bit of fun, we've not been strict and we've included all variations of the sentence and those who missed the '&' and one who found 'great' but didn't formally include it because they thought there were then too many words!
We have 19 correct answers and the randomly chosen winner is.......

Jacky !!!

So Jacky, could you e-mail us with your address so Rosemary Merry can send you out your prize!!!

Congratulations Jacky! A fabulous Tag-book Kit by Quick Quotes worth £17.50 will be flying on it's way to you as soon as we get your details!

Thank you so much to everyone who took part in the fun this week! It's been a gas!

Hugs,
The Team!

We have lots of lovely individual sponsors for our Blog Hop too!
It’s going to be a lot of fun with prizes and draws at each stop and a final winner at the end, so don’t be a square—be there! -and be in with a chance to win!

Our blog-hop order is this:-

1) You start on the C.R.A.F.T Challenge blog and you visit each Design Team Member’s personal blog and leave a comment.

2) At each stop there will be a RED word associated with crafting for you to collect

3) We’re staying with our customary alphabetical list for the team so Andrea is the next stop after the C.R.A.F.T Challenge blog.
Andrea will give you the link to the nest DTM and so on.

4) At the end, we want you to get back to C.R.A.F.T and leave us a comment with the nine words you pick up! If you can make a sentence so much the better!

Just to make it clear for you to follow - here is our DT in alphabetical order.

Andrea
Claire
Eileen
Enola
Jo
Magda
Rose
Suzi
Tigerlover

We're SO Looking forward to seeing who comes up with the correct sentence as we have a really fabulous new sponsor for that - QVC's Scrapbooking Expert, Rosemary Merry!
She is kindly having a good look through her stock at Crabapple Crafts to find something lovely for that clever crafter (who will be chosen from the correct answers by random generator) who gets the sentence right! Now how cool is THAT!

And that is in addition to all the prizes available at our Design Team Members' own blogs!

So ultimately, someone COULD, arguably, come away with no less than TEN prizes! Oh my goodness! Is that, or is it not, very very nice.........?!
Enuff sed! So off you go! Enjoy - and have yourselves some crafty fun - it's gonna be GREAT!

Please add you Birthday/Celebration creation to Mr Linky Below - if he has gone walkabouts can you pop back later to add your project.....

Comments are being moderated until hop is over

Hugs,

Winner Week 50

This week we asked you to create something using this sketch from DT member Ei:

A big thank you to our sponsor kut 4 U, who are giving the prize of a £15 voucher to spend in their online store.

The winner, chosen by Random.org is.......

Number 8 - Daniele, with this lovely get well card:

Well done Daniele, please email us with your details and your prize will be soon on its way to you, we hope you enjoy whatever you buy with it!

Don't forget to call back tomorrow, it's a special occasion - our blog birthday, and we have a special challenge for you with lots of prizes!

Challenge 50 - Sketch

Good morning Campers! It's C.R.A.F.T time!
What a lovely few days we've had here in Liverpool but I know that's not been the case everywhere as it threw it down on Tuesday morning on the way to Manchester Airport - great big thunder spots - but it was still glorious in Liverpool when I returned.

Be afraid folks! It's another Eiglas sketch! Once again, I've been influenced by the relationship between shapes but go mad, have fun with it - do things you wouldn't normally do - use colours you wouldn't normally use/put together (...however,I think I've taken my own advice a little too literally! LOL!....)!
The words 'Greeting' and 'Image' are only suggestions - you can put whatever you like in those places and they don't HAVE to be perfect circles either, they can be flowers or bows or seashells - anything you like!

Have a look at the team's creations - they're fab - as usual! Such a mix - fab monsters , jungle flowers, owls and even.....Father Christmas! (.....I do worry y'know...!) LOL!

We have the lovely Debbie with us again and she has created a beautiful new baby card.

And the rest of the team....

Andrea

Claire

Eileen (Me!)

Jo

Magda

Rose

Thank you girls - you are such a talented bunch! Like I said - anything goes, as long as the sketch is still recogniseable!

We have the lovely Cut4U sponsoring us this week and they're giving away £15.00 worth of goodies to some lucky person, so get over there and have a look what you're gonna spend it on! There are some fab products to alter, colour and otherwise pretty up .

We look forward to seeing what you come up with this week and have a lovely surprise for you next week - it will be C.R.A.F.T Challenge's Blogaversary! And we have some lovely fun up our sleeves for you so don't miss us!

Have fun folks!
Hugs,
The C.R.A.F.T Team!
