It's Thursday again and that means another new challenge at CRAFT Challenge, the first one for 2011! A very Happy New Year to you all! We hope you will join us again this year for some more exciting challenges. And don't forget, we have started choosing our Top3 as well with a overall winner each month, our 'Star of the Month'. Our Star of the Month will also receive a prize from one of our sponsors!
We would also like to thank our Guest Designers for December again, Jenny and Kim, we loved having you with us and look forward to working with you again some time in the future.
But now to this week's challenge.
Our sponsor this week is Meljen's Designs, we were able to play with some of her great stamps again. The prize for the winner this week is the winner's choice of 4 digital stamps from her store.
This week we have a Sketch for you provided by our very own Kevin. A great sketch at that, thank you Kevin! And here it is.
And here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
First a warm welcome to our Guest Designers for January, Kelly and Nikki. Welcome to our team and thank you for your lovely creations.
And here are their cards:
We also have a very special Guest Designer this week, she is the 10-year old daughter of Karen, one of our DT members, welcome Jasmine and thank you for the lovely card you did for us.
And now to the creations by our DT:
Jo - (me)
So, now it is up to you, I'm sure we have provided you with plenty inspiration to get you started for the New Year. Remember, you have 2 chances to win something. The first one is your weekly random chance, the second is in the form of being chosen for our Top3 (with corresponding blog badges) and the 'Star of the Month' who will also win something from one of our sponsors. Plenty of reason to take part I am sure.
As you may have noticed over the last few months, we also like to recognise any young crafters that join us by sending them a special little prize and blog badge as well. It would really help us locate those if you would enter this with their entry, eg 'Jo-aged 9' instead of just 'Jo'.
Looking forward to seeing all your entries again over 2011.
Jo and the CRAFT Team.
