CRAFT Challenge 121, Using Parchment.

Morning all,

This Thursday we bring you a different and exciting challenge here at CRAFT Challenge, this time our challenge is 'Using Parchment'. So, any project with this subject will be eligible for a prize. There is a maximum of 5 entries per person each challenge, so please don't enter any more than that or they will not be counted.

We realise there may a lot of our followers not familiar with using parchment, even some of our DT members have had trouble to come up with a project for this week. We therefore have a lovely tutorial for you written by our fellow trimmie Tina, aka Paperlace, who has some lovely parchment work in her gallery at Trimcraft and on her blog. She will also be joining us as a GDT for this challenge. Thank you, Tina!

You can find the tutorial in pdf form by clicking on the picture below (Tina's project). This will take you to our zumodrive and you will be able to download it from there.

We hope you will enjoy playing along with this one again and possibly learn a new craft at the same time. Thank you for everyone who joined us again last week for our Recipe challenge and thank you again to Fantastic Ribbons and Bows and Berries Digital Stamps for sponsoring us last week. Please scroll down to find the winners of last week's challenge, our Top3 and our Star of the Month.  If you were one of them, please contact us to claim your prize and/or badge. We still have not heard from our Star of the Month August yet either, please check if it was you and contact us asap.
This week we were due to have as our sponsor Digi's With Attitude. However, they will be closing their doors very soon and will therefore not be sponsoring us this challenge after all. Thank you for your sponsorship so far, we are going to miss you and your great digi's. Some of our team have still been using the images they very kindly provided for this challenge.

Instead we have as our sponsor this week Digital Stamp Club, who are offering one month free access to the Digital Stamp Club to our winner this week.

This is what they have to tell us:

DigiDarla creates for those that Love to create! Her new community and store has been called "Digital Stamper's Heaven". Stop by and see for yourself what all the buzz is about.
So, down to the creations by our Guest Designers:
Have fun with our challenge and good luck!

and here is the pattern she used and made for this

And from our Design Team:

Jo - (me)

So, now it's up to you again, we would love to come and visit your creations again. We hope you like having a real challenge this time that is a little different from the usual. If you are 15 or younger, please include your age again in your name, so we can ask you to get in touch for a special badge and a little prize.

Don't forget to get in touch with us to claim your prize if you have won one of our challenges or to claim your badge if you made our Top 3! We only will respond to people who get in touch with us and will not go looking for you! (Sorry, a bit too busy to do that). If prizes have not been claimed by 8pm GMT the day prior to the next challenge going life (so for our current winners, see post below, next week), we will do another draw.

If you don't see Inlinkz below, please refresh your page, your browser may not have fully loaded this page.

Jo and the CRAFT Team.

  4. Hi there, sorry I thought I'd explained in my description - the parchment is the semicircle behind the lady on the card, its stamped with a doily stamp and embossed. Please remove my entry if it doesn't count
